Health By Gaia is an alternative health store that is based in the state of Texas. The products that we provide have shown promise in the past as natural remedies were all that were available. As you may also notice, a vast majority of conditions and disorders that we see today are developments that have been generated from a variety of factors. The primary of which is nutrient deficiency. While no supplement is going to provide you with a magical resolution to a problem, the proper implementation and continuity can help to prevent and support the resolution of a variety of ailments that have resulted from improper understanding and maintenance of your body.
Q. Can I place an order without an account?
A. Yes, Health By Gaia does not require you to have a customer account to place orders, although we do recommend it for the benefits of being able to access order history, saving addresses for quick checkout, extended retaining wishlist, as well as future benefits that will be released in the near future.
Q. Where are your products sourced?
A. We acquire products from a couple of vendors and in some cases we order products at the time of purchase. In some cases a product that is ordered may no longer be available. In this case, we will reach out to you and provide a couple of alternative suggestions as well as a 5% discount, giving you the option to select the alternative product or to decline the suggestions and receive a refund.
Q. Can I cancel an order once I place it?
A. An order does have the ability to be canceled as long as the order has not been shipped or expedited. If an order has been shipped, you will have to wait until you receive it and start a return request.
To cancel an order that has not been shipped/expedited, please use the order cancel form here. A request to cancel does not cancel the order. You will receive a notification when it is canceled if the request is approved.
Q. I placed an order, how can I know the status of it.
A. If you have an account you can access your order history by going to My Account and reviewing the order there. If you do not have an account, there is limited site tracking but you will receive a confirmation email of your order ID and you are free to contact Support with any requests/status updates.
Q. Is tracking information provided?
A. Yes, once your order is shipped tracking information will be provided. You will receive an update of this tracking number through email from PayPal when the order ships.
Q. I placed an order but the charge shows Deluxurious Ltd. Co.
Health By Gaia is a subsidiary of Deluxurious Ltd. Co. and this will be what shows on any statements or billing from your bank and/or processing entity in most cases.
Q. I received the wrong item
A. While we do try to ensure a pleasant buyer experience, we are not going to pretend like mistakes do not happen.
If you received an incorrect item you may contact our Order Resolution team via email. We will work with you to resolve the issue and get you the correct products at no additional cost and assist with getting the items returned.
You do have the option to return the incorrect purchase in exchange for a refund.
Q. I am not satisfied with my order and I would like to return my items.
A. If you are not satisfied with the products that you ordered, you are free to return them during the 14 day return period. Please note that for the return to be accepted, you must return the item in non-opened original condition. Once a product is open, we cannot accept the return. Please refer to our return policy for additional information on returns.
There are limited exceptions in regard to returning items past the 14 day period. The 14 day period starts the day you receive your shipment, not the date of purchase. Please note some items may not be returnable such as items that have been customized.
Q. Who is responsible for the return cost?
A. If the return is due to an error on our end, we will gladly pay for the return shipping. If the return is for a customer personal reason, in most cases you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the return.
Q. How can I register an account?
A. You can register an account by visiting the My Account link on the top menu.
You can also check the box under email address so that an account is created while placing an order.
Q. Why should I make an account?
A. An account would provide you with various site benefits such as providing order history, the ability to save addresses for shipping/billing, the ability to comment and interact in the HBG Learning site, as well as when future benefits such as rewards are implemented, you will receive an additional bonus for being registered as a customer already.
Q. Can I save my payment method to my account?
A. Health By Gaia now will allow you to save methods of payments if desired. This will allow for easier checkout and convenience. Payment methods are stored with service provider security protocols and vaulting. You do not have to save your payment method to place an order, it is simply an option if you so wish.
Q. Does having an account enable prioritized support in the event of an issue?
A. Yes, Health By Gaia does prioritize requests by registered customers as these are received through the site mechanisms and notifications are automatic vs. manually checking.
Not having an account does not mean you are not a priority, we just have to manually check for these and it will likely not be quite as quickly noticed as a registered customer.
